Jeff is very proud to have watched his company, alongside his business partner Adam Rogers, grow to six Ray White offices across Canterbury making them a serious contender in the New Zealand real estate industry.

Being a second-generation real estate professional, he always wanted to create a business his family could be proud of. That certainly has been the case, the Poulter name is well known with Ray White. Several of his family members and their partners are part of the business, Bre, Faron, Rochelle, Krystle, Michael and Hannah.

He believes that the only true value you have is based on your reputation. More than 30 years on, he's proud of what he has created and humbled by the team that has chosen to work with him.
