Being a second generation realtor, he always wanted to create a business of which his family could be proud of. That certainly has been the case, the Poulter name is well known with Ray White. Several of his family members and their partners are part of the business, Bre, Faron, Rochelle, Krystle, Michael and Hannah. 

He believes that the only true value you have is based on your reputation . . . 30 odd years on, he's proud of what he has created and humbled by the team that has chosen to work with him.
