SuperGold Offer

Ray White offers a 10% discount on its standard commission to eligible SuperGold cardholders who list and sell property through a Ray White office. Ray White’s current terms state that all property types and listing methods are eligible.

Arrange the discount before you sign

• The SuperGold cardholder must be one of the property owners.
• Ask for the discount before signing the agency agreement and make sure it is noted in the signed agreement.
• The discount is 10% of the agency’s gross normal standard commission, applied at the time of sale.
• The offer cannot be combined with another offer or promotion.

Ask your salesperson to explain the commission calculation, GST, any separately agreed marketing or other costs, and how the offer applies to your agency agreement. Do not assume a commission discount also reduces every selling expense.
