She grew up with property-obsessed, DIY-loving parents, attending viewings and auctions, helping with hands-on projects, and sitting in on meetings with agents and solicitors. Sarah bought her first home at 23, then built a career in property from the inside out - working in School Property at the Ministry of Education, managing school building projects as a consultant client-side project manager, and selling new-build homes for a Christchurch developer before joining Ray White.
